Employment Specialists/Pre-ETS Specialists
Required Qualifications: A Bachelor’s degree in psychology, social work, or a related human services field along with a Valid New Jersey driver’s license and ability to travel to school, community, and employer sites as needed.
Program Aide Drivers
Required Qualifications: Candidates must have a valid New Jersey driver’s license with a clean driving record and at least five years of driving experience. Experience operating larger passenger vehicles (7–15 passengers) is required, with wheelchair transport experience preferred. A high school diploma or GED is necessary, along with strong communication and customer service skills. Ideal candidates will demonstrate a compassionate, patient, and team-oriented approach, and experience working with individuals with disabilities is a plus.
DDD Program Counselor
Required Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Sociology, Rehabilitation Counseling, Human Services, or a related field required. Candidates must possess a valid New Jersey driver's license with a clean driving record, strong communication and organizational skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and electronic documentation systems. Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities is preferred.
