Pre-vocational Services and Life Skills Development for young adults with disabilities ages 21-25+

Inroads TransitionPLUS serves individuals with disabilities between the ages of 21-25 that are interested in pre-vocational training by providing consistent and structured professional support to help them navigate the challenges that often arise due to their disabilities.
Our program gives young adults a place to access assessments, career and independent living skills, self-advocacy training, job coaching, volunteer experience, case management, building friendships and networking with peers.
TransitionPLUS Services include:
Vocational skills for employment readiness
Evaluation of work readiness, supported employment and career planning
Community integration experiences
Resume boosting work opportunities
Independent living skills development
Leisure interest skills
Social skill development
12 Units per day of Pre-Voc | 12 Units per day of Day-Hab
Young adults may be eligible for this program through the NJ Division of Developmental Disabilities.
