Work Opportunity Tax Credit

An employer can claim 40 percent of all wages (up to $6,000) for employees with disabilities who work 400 hours a year, or 25% of all wages paid for those who work a minimum of 120 hours a year.

Barrier Removal Tax Deduction

A business owner can claim up to $15,000 per year to cover expenses incurred to remove physical, structural and transportation barriers for employees with disabilities.

Small Business Tax Credit

Small business that earn $1 million or less in gross receipts, or have 30 or fewer full time employees in the previous year, are eligible for an annual tax credit.

Inroads to Opportunities is licensed by the State of New Jersey to provide mental health partial care services under the Division of Mental Health and Addiction Services as well as an approved Medicaid provider and an approved Employment Network under the Ticket to Work Social Security initiative.
