OSHA Forklift
Inroads to Opportunities is a certified OSHA Fork Lift training provider. Our course applies to any employee who will operate any form of a "Powered Industrial Truck" (commonly known as forklifts). All lessons are taught at a comfortable pace and include a written exam and performance test.
Curriculum includes the following OSHA Standards:
Types & Characteristics of Fork Lifts
Pre-operational inspections
Basic driving, stability and load handling
Fuel & batteries
Attachments
Sponsored Individuals
Interested candidates must be referred by DVR, Department of Labor or the NJ Education System for transition students.
Upon certificate completion, Inroads to Employment can be the next step for those who would like to obtain a job placement through our agency.
