Evaluation & Vocational Assessment
Vocational Evaluation
At Inroads To Opportunities we understand that each person is unique. A trained Vocational Evaluator assesses each individual through a variety of testing and career counseling, allowing us to determine the needs, preferences and skills of the individual. This culminates in the development of a solid employment plan.
Work Adjustment Training
Our training program focuses on vocational goals unique to each person. Inroads provides training to individuals in a variety of fields including (but not limited to): Clerical, Cashier, Cafeteria, Shipping & Receiving, and Retail Services through our on site market place.
Extended Employment
For some, a long term training opportunity exists at Inroads. Our on site contract packaging division offers a variety of work opportunities for Individuals who need a supervised, consistent and supported environment.
Individuals and their families may choose this option for a variety of reasons including behavioral, physical, safety and psychiatric challenges that make competitive employment difficult to sustain.
