I am currently Working at the AMC theater located at 1021 US-22 in Mountainside NJ, it's a very nice theater to work in all employees are very nice and friendly people.

My job duties as a greeter are to greet people as they come in to go into their assigned theater rooms rip their tickets and scan their tickets if they bought them online, and also try to the best of my abilities to help customers when they are having trouble with something they need help with.

I have been working here roughly three months to be exact I got hired back in May of 2018 right after Mother's Day.

What I like most about being a greeter is the connection that I get to make with the customers and interactions that I have with them, by having conversations with them and helping to cheer them up when they might be having a bad day it just makes me happy seeing them leave happy after they come out of seeing their movie.

I started working for AMC with the help of the OCUC staff and especially with the help of my Job Coach Ms. Lisa she helped me apply to different jobs at first it was tough because we were almost getting close to Christmas, and we hadn't heard anything from all the places she helped me to apply to until one day received a call telling me if I still was interested of the job they had so I definitely said "yes" and then I got scheduled for an interview that very same week and that’s how I got the job at AMC.

In my spare time I like to read different types of books such as comic books and I’m also a fan of comic books and I also like to listen to different genres of music.
